Dispatching System
A powerful internal dispatching system for field technicians. External services booking applications send booking details to this dispatching system. The dispatching system processes the information and send SMS to field technicians (based on location), to accept/deny the job. Customers can see/track technicians assigned to their jobs. This systems also integrates/sync with Zoho CRM to process customers and deals.
